March 2017 Spokane Market Update!
March sales were looking strong (up 11.7%) despite low inventory (down 27.6%). This low inventory has lead to an increase in average home price which is up 8.1% over last year.
Extended winter months and the wet spring has had an impact on these stats, home owners are in a frenzy to get their spring cleaning done and tidy up their yards. April is looking to be the strongest month yet this year.
