Spring Break

Spring has finally come. Not that our winter was super dreadful, but I'm so ready! We can finally walk outside and enjoy the sunshine that randomly appears!  Having recently relocated, and being a Realtor, I definitely notice the for sale signs everywhere! Now is the time to start looking at houses -- there is no snow on the ground, and you can actually see what the yard looks like!

My family and I are off to Seattle to see some real spring this weekend, and I'm hoping that Spokane will begin blooming while we're away.  If you're staying in town, take a drive, see the signs, make your list of properties to see the inside of! Happy hunting!
