" Jessica has been an absolute pleasure to work with. We are first time home-buyers who decided to use a VA loan to get the best rate and terms. Everything went relatively smoothly until the VA appraiser returned an appraisal for $34,000 less than the sale price. The appraiser made some pretty glaring mistakes which Jessica picked up on. We were nearing the end of our lease on our former residence and were scrambling to find somewhere to live. Jessica had the brilliant idea of and negotiating prowess to have the seller rent the property to us until we could submit a Reconsideration of Value (ROV) to the VA. She got all the paperwork together and submitted an excellent ROV package to the VA, who subsequently reappraised the property at the sale price.
